What a visit costs.

Each fee covers a GP consultation of up to 30 minutes at your home, including travel within the areas listed.

Does the fee include travel?

Yes. The flat fee covers getting to you anywhere in the areas listed for that fee. If you're further out, we'll confirm the price before booking.

When do I pay?

We'll confirm the fee when we agree your visit time. If you book online, you'll see the price at booking.

Is it cheaper to come to the clinic?

Yes — an in-person GP appointment at our Bamber Bridge clinic starts from £95. A home visit costs more because the doctor travels to you and the appointment is longer.

Is this an emergency or out-of-hours service?

No. Home visits are for non-emergency private GP care during our opening hours. If you or someone else is seriously unwell or it's a life-threatening emergency, call 999, or use 111 out of hours.
